Happy Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had a nice Thanksgiving with the 5 of us. We had turkey, just a 15 pounder this year, stuffing, although I couldn't find chestnuts, cranberry sauce, mash potatoes with gravy, my friend Lisa's German green beans, chocolate pudding pie and Lexi made the cherry pie.

We spent the morning cooking and preparing with Lexi assisting me and John. We played games with the little ones and while Anika and Alexander were napping we played Phase 10 with Lexi. We ate around 6:00 and had a very nice day and evening, we truly have so much to be thankful for. I am thankful for such wonderful children and that John is such a great father and husband. I am thankful that John is not deployed like so many of my friends husbands who are. I am thankful that my parents are healthy and well. I am thankful that Bryan and Allie are healthy and happy. I am thankful for all the loving Aunts and Uncles that we have and all the caring friends that we have. I am thankful that our children have such loving and caring grandparents and great grandparents on both sides of our families.
