Lexi wanted to participate in cheer leading this season and she had a blast performing with her squad. She even made the front page of Stars and Stripes. She looked adorable in her uniform and she just makes John and I so proud!
All year long Lexi has been bringing home straight A's (a mommies got to brag once in awhile), but now she is hounding us for a cell phone. Aaagghhhhh, what to do. I really don't like the whole world of texting and that cell phones can open up a Pandora's Box of "bad things". She starts middle school next year and that is another area of concern for both John and I. I just hope we have raised her to make the right decisions when she has peer pressure placed upon her.
She has a good head on her shoulder, is kind, sweet and considerate and likes to help others so I am praying this wonderful qualities push away the bad influences!

I STILL can't believe how grown up she's gotten, CRAZY!! :)
Get her a phone and tell her it's a priv. and then let her earn the $$ to put on the phone. Good incentive. :) And, it lets you keep in touch with her.
