My friend Sarah gave me this recipe this last summer. It is a delicious Korean dish. The entire family just loves it! I hope you enjoy it as much as our family does.
BULGOGI
2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 packages, stir-fry beef, cut into bite sized pieces
6 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar ( I have been using splenda sugar for cooking. Our family can't taste the difference)
6-7 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 T sesame seeds
1 T sesame oil
Pepper to taste
Mix together by hand and let marinade for at least 2 hours. The longer you marinade the better. I prefer overnight. Stir fry small portions at a time. Best if served with sticky rice. Enjoy!
