Milestones of the 3 Amigos!

Lexi is 10 years old and very organized and responsible for her age. She is loving and sweet. She keeps extremely busy, by her choice. She is involved with Girls Scouts and went to a Japanese Castle last week for an overnighter with the Japanese Girl Scouts. She plays tennis and is playing volleyball with Youth Services, she is in Safety Patrol for school and is learning to play the flute, she has ballet lessons Monday and Wednesday's. She takes an art class once a week and has bible study with Missionettes on Wednesday nights. Her grades are excellent and she is allowed to keep her busy schedule, unless of course her grades start slipping. Her best friend is Monica and she still cries over her friends that she left behind in Germany. Lexi still plays with and loves her Itty Bitty Baby doll, Ellie and her 2 other American Girl dolls. Lexi and her friends still love to play with Barbies and Polly Pockets (thank you God). Lexi loves to read and absolutely loves anything to do with High School Musical. She just saw High School Musical 3 today at the movie theater.

Anika is bossing her brother around and when they get into trouble she throws her brother under the bus and says, "Zander did it." Anika loves her hair in a headband and pig tails. She is very independent and wants to do everything herself. She is interested in time. The other day she asked me what time it was and before I could reply (I was in shock that she asked), she asked if it was 3:00, it was 2:35. Anika loves to play with bubbles and absolutely loves to do puzzles. She does at least 10 puzzles a day and she is getting really good, hmmmm, maybe a future cryptologist? She ALWAYS has to get the last word in. She loves ballet and to dance and sing. Anika can pump her legs on a swing and can swing very high. Anika can unbutton and button her school shirt all the way up. Anika is 3 1/2 years old, weighs 28 pounds, is 28 inches tall, just recently started wearing a 3T and wears size 6 shoe and in the 6th percentile.

Alexander is 27 months, weighs 26.5 pounds, is 26.5 inches tall, wears a size 6 shoe and barely fits into a size 2T, some 2 T's are a little big. Alexander has dropped down to the 3 percentile, but is very healthy. Zander loves planes, he sees them everyday, but is still fascinated with planes and helicopters. Zander mimics Anika and idolizes her, but also will not put up with her attitude, especially now that he can tell on her. Alexander's speech has developed dramatically in the last 3 weeks. Uses sentences of up to 7 words long. Loves his umbrella and can open and close it by himself. Zander has developed a love for puzzles as well and works side by side with is sister doing puzzles, when she will let him. A few weeks ago Zander undressed himself for the first time. Zander loves to run up and give me hugs on my leg out of the blue. He just finished cutting his eye teeth and the two bottom teeth below his eye teeth. Alexander is very sensitive and if i tell him "No" in a harsh voice he throws himself on the ground with his little butt in the air and cries. He needs to toughen up, but he IS my baby. Alexander is VERY independent too, he wants to put on his own shoes and back pack.

They are growing up too quickly! Please stay little and innocent!
